Four slices of egg bread lightly battered and pan-fried, topped with powdered sugar, sliced banana and strawberries. Served with Maple Syrup, whipped butter, home baked muffins and your choice of bacon or sausage links.
Eggsadilla
Scrambled Eggs, avocado, bacon, roasted bell peppers, mozzarella and fontina cheeses in a grilled flour tortilla. Served with Fresh Fruit and home baked muffins.

J.W.'s Quiche
Bacon, fresh spinach, sauteed mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, onions, Swiss and Cheddar Cheese on a fluffy pie shell. Served with Fresh Fruit and home baked muffins.

Roasted fresh Italian tri-colored peppers and roma tomato sauteed with zucchini, onions and garlic laid over three eggs. Served with Star's Breakfast Potatoes and Fresh Fruit.

Southwestern Corned Beef and Hash
Two poached eggs laid over lean chunks of corned beef with red potatoes, sweet bell peppers, roasted pasilla chile, onions, cilantro, and garlic. Served with Fresh Fruit and home baked muffins.
Huevos Rancheros
Two poached eggs served over corn tortillas with re-fried beans, 3-bean chili, and a light ranchero sauce topped with mozzarella and fontina cheeses, fresh sliced avocado and sour cream. Served with Star's Breakfast Potatoes, Fresh Fruit and home baked muffins.
Oak Fired Breakfast Pizza
Three eggs scrambled on our house made pizza dough with grilled sausage, bacon, ranchero sauce, mozzarella and fontina cheeses. Oak fired in our wood burning pizza oven.
Eggs Diablo
Two poached eggs laid over our house made puff pastry with shredded Dungeness Crab Meat and creamed spinach topped with a hollandaise sauce. Served with Star's Breakfast Potatoes and Fresh Fruit.
Cheddar Cheese Omelet

California Omelet
